March 8, 2018

MONROE, La., March 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) today announced it has secured Cisco® Powered Cisco Spark Service Provider (SP) designation, confirming the company's ability to support the complete portfolio of Cisco Spark solutions. CenturyLink has broadened its hosted Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) solutions to include this cloud-based collaboration suite, which allows teams and individuals to meet, message, call, conference, white board and share, regardless of location.

Cisco Powered Cisco Spark Service Provider designation confirms CenturyLink's ability to support the complete portfolio of Cisco Spark solutions including Spark Meet, Spark Message and Spark Call.

"The addition of Cisco Spark meeting, calling and messaging capabilities to our portfolio, coupled with our global network reach, allows us to even better support the business communications and collaboration needs of our customers worldwide," said Craig Richter, senior director, Unified Communications and Collaboration, CenturyLink. "Securing the Cisco Powered Cisco Spark SP designation further reaffirms the commitment and value we bring to our customers from initial assessment through implementation, including all the necessary lifecycle support."

By employing CenturyLink for Cisco Spark solutions, businesses can minimize the complexity of working with multiple vendors and utilize a simple subscription-based purchasing model which offers predictable billing and the ability to scale services as needed.

"We only give the Cisco Powered Cisco Spark SP designation to partners who have the infrastructure and support services in place to deliver a premier customer experience, and CenturyLink has been verified after undergoing a comprehensive audit," stated Andre Smit, vice president, Cisco Global Collaboration Sales.
