"As a global network and security services provider that also anchors Louisiana's I-20 tech corridor, CenturyLink recognizes the importance of safeguarding against the increasing number of cyberattacks that are impacting businesses and government agencies today," said Bill Bradley, senior vice president, cyber engineering and technology services, CenturyLink. "We are committed to improving our customers' lives by connecting them to the power of the digital world, and a key part of that is a secure, reliable network."

It has become increasingly difficult to defend against attacks on financial and customer information, intellectual property and an organization's reputation. With several different types of perpetrators launching cyberattacks, a viable cybersecurity strategy must address wide-ranging issues in order to be effective.
