Denver, February 20, 2007 - Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) and the University of North Dakota today announced an agreement that names Qwest one of the Ralph Engelstad Arena sponsors.
Under the agreement, Qwest will market its bundle of communications and entertainment services, including Qwest High-Speed InternetTM service, DIRECTV(R) service, Qwest Digital Voice and Qwest Wireless service via indoor and outdoor signage and other advertising elements.
"Qwest is proud to be a sponsor of Ralph Engelstad Arena, and to support the University of North Dakota," said Scott Macintosh, Qwest North Dakota state president. "The university and its athletic and academic programs are world-class, and Qwest is pleased to cheer on the Grand Forks community.
