Ana White

Ana White serves as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She oversees the team that supports Lumen employees – our company’s greatest asset – and their well-being.

Ana’s expertise spans global human resources strategy, change management, and innovation. She has deep experience driving ground-breaking programs to fuel growth and a passion for cultural transformation and elevating the employee experience.

Prior to joining Lumen, Ana led people programs, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, culture, employee experience and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for F5.

She also led global HR teams across multiple organizations at Microsoft for 18 years.

Ana holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Seattle University and is on the Seattle University Board of Trustees, the Childhaven Community Leadership Board and is a member of International Women’s Forum (IWF) and serves on the IWF Global Educational Programs Committee.

Ana lives in Bellevue, WA, and has a passion for lifelong learning and giving back to local and global communities. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing pickle ball and tennis, and reading.
