Lumen Technologies has been named a Leader in the February 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global. This is the second consecutive year Lumen has been positioned in the Leader's quadrant.

For the fourth consecutive year, Lumen Technologies is being recognized as one of the ‘best places to work for LGBTQ+ equality.’ Lumen earned a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation's 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) which is the nation's foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies, practices and benefits related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) employees.

For the second year in a row, Lumen received an A- in the CDP Climate Change 2021 Score Report, which is higher than the North America regional average of C, and higher than the Media, Telecommunications & Data Center Services sector average of B. The non-profit JUST Capital announced with its media partner CNBC that Lumen Technologies has been named to the 2022 Rankings of America's Most JUST Companies. Of the 954 public companies analyzed, Lumen ranked 288 overall.

The announcement was made on November 3 during the Veteran Entrepreneur Training Symposium 2021 (VETS'21) which was held during National Veteran’s Small Business week in Orlando, Florida. A formal awards ceremony will take place on May 17, 2022, at the VETS22 Conference.
