Lumen Technologies has been named a Leader in the February 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global. This is the second consecutive year Lumen has been positioned in the Leader's quadrant.
For the second year in a row, Lumen received an A- in the CDP Climate Change 2021 Score Report, which is higher than the North America regional average of C, and higher than the Media, Telecommunications & Data Center Services sector average of B. This places Lumen in the “Leadership” level amongst the top 28% of companies in “media, telecommunications, and data center services,” and the top 6% of responding companies overall.
Lumen was named a finalist in the 2021 International Customer Experience Awards in the categories "Best Use of Insight and Feedback - Telecoms and IT," "CX Leader of the Year - over 5,000 employees (large organisation)" and "Employee Experience in the Crisis - Telecom and Logistics & Supply Chain."

In light of the pandemic, Barron reranked its list of the top 100 Sustainable Companies in 2020, placing greater focus on social issues and the role of companies to address them. Lumen ranked #43 in the overall sustainable ranking, and higher (#34) in the social metrics ranking.
Based upon 1,600 customer evaluations from nearly 400 individual respondents, Lumen received the Data Value award, given to the global provider that receives the highest combined ratings for perceived quality and price competitiveness of its data service offerings.
