The Federal Communications Commission recently circulated a new business data services proposal.
“CenturyLink commends FCC Chairman Ajit Pai for his leadership in recognizing the volumes of data that reflect the widespread competition in the business data services market. By acknowledging the current state of competition, the FCC will be able to tailor its regulation to reflect market realities, which will spur deployment of next-generation broadband facilities and foster economic growth across America.”
