Maxine L. Moreau

Maxine Moreau is President of Lumen’s Mass Markets division. She brings more than 30 years of experience to her role, which includes all aspects of the company’s consumer and small business strategy, go-to-market and customer experience.

Previously, Maxine served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Lumen. Maxine also held several leadership roles spanning operations, IT, network services and process improvement. She currently serves as Lumen’s Executive Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Maxine holds a bachelor’s degree in business – computer information services from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Maxine is committed to delivering an amazing customer experience. She believes in listening to customers and taking every opportunity to connect them with the technology that makes life easier, saying “every decision should start from the customer’s point of view.”

Maxine enjoys travel, entertaining, gardening, college football and LSU Tigers baseball. She is also involved in various non-profit organizations, including United Way and her alma matter, University of Louisiana at Monroe.
