Stacey W. Goff

Stacey Goff is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Lumen. Stacey is responsible for Lumen’s legal function, as well as business development, investor relations, communications, community relations and public policy functions.

During the past 20 years, Stacey has played a key role in the negotiation and closing of numerous mergers and acquisitions. As Lumen’s legal leader, he also directs the negotiation of complex agreements, large dispute resolutions, board- and shareholder-related matters, intellectual property and regulatory matters.

Stacey earned a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi and a bachelor’s degree in business from Mississippi State University.

With a career that spans two decades at Lumen, Stacey embraces challenges as they often bring new opportunities.

An off again on-again golfer and runner, Stacey has completed seven marathons and has also been known to lead a fitness group in the mornings before work. His primary pastime is spending time with his wife, daughter, family and friends.
