Stacey W. Goff

Stacey Goff is Executive Vice President of General Counsel and Secretary for Lumen. He is responsible for Lumen’s legal and public policy functions.

He has played a key role in the negotiation and closing of numerous mergers and acquisitions. As Lumen’s legal leader, he also directs the negotiation of complex agreements, large dispute resolutions, board- and shareholder-related matters, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.

Stacey earned a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi and a bachelor’s degree in business from Mississippi State University.

With a career that spans more than two decades at Lumen, Stacey embraces challenges as they often bring new opportunities.

An on-again, off-again golfer and runner, Stacey has completed numerous marathons and has also been known to lead a fitness group in the mornings before work. His primary pastime is spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends.
