Lumen’s Executive Vice President, Product and Technology, Sham Chotai leads the company’s product portfolio and solutions strategy, as well as strategic planning, enterprise governance, business process transformation, and IT initiatives.
As a Silicon Valley change agent, Sham has spent a quarter century driving enterprise-wide digital transformations; building innovative, market-leading solutions; and creating customer-centric cultures, delivering exceptional outcomes.
Sham is passionate about helping companies leverage digital technologies to innovate and propel business outcomes. Finding inspiration from a Victor Hugo aphorism, “There’s nothing like a dream to create the future,” Sham thrives on helping customers realize their transformation mission and dreams for the future.
Sham has held various C-Suite and senior leadership roles at GE, Barrick Gold, and Hewlett-Packard.
He is a graduate of the University of Toronto, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Through the years, he’s built a sizable portfolio of patents and publications for his technological innovations.
A San Francisco Bay Area resident, Sham enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
